Organize Your Business
Social distancing and isolation is a reality for many of us right now and this is creating a huge impact on many of our small businesses.
We have never experienced anything like this before and we have no idea how long this will last.
I know some of you have had to layoff staff, close your doors, and have no way to sell your product or service online.
While this is keeping many of us up at night I want you to know you are not alone.
I see a lot of small business owners on social media talking about giving up and having to look for a J-O-B in the coming months. I want you to stop this type of thinking right now.
The economy is tanking and we are going to need your small business now more than ever. You have already done the hard part by creating a business. You went against the norm, people probably told you it would never work, you've poured your blood, sweat and tears into it and you can't stop.
Now is the time to dig-in.
There is nothing we can do about rehiring and reopening right now.
You have a chance to work ON your business instead of IN your business right now. Flush out all your ideas, develop a strategy for when life gets back to normal, do the tasks you don't normally have time to do.
Stop wasting it watching the news and worrying.
I took some time to create a checklist of tasks you can start doing today so you are more organized when life gets back to normal.

Use this time to your advantage.
This week I opened the doors to the Simple Facebook Marketing Academy. If you want to learn how to do Facebook Ads, find new clients, create more engaging content, and increase your sales (when appropriate) you want to get in this Academy.
I'm meeting with members several times a week to help them with organic and paid strategies.
If you've realized how important a strong Facebook strategy is, in light of this crisis, and you know you have to do better... now is your chance.
Last week we were all complaining about how we wished we had more time to focus on some of this stuff. This might not be how we planned it but the time has arrived.
It's time to reorganize and refocus so we are ready when the time comes.
