Book Review #13: Psycho-Cybernetics
This is my second listen to this book and it is so good.
One of my mentors requires everyone she works with listen/read this book.
Maxell Maltez was a plastic surgeon who explored the relationship between people's self-image and what they actually accomplish.
How we feel about ourselves really reflects what goes on in our worlds.
He has mentored a lot of professional sports players (in this edition golf is a hot topic) and helped them practice visualization techniques to allow them to achieve their desires.
The first time I listened to it I was blown away and this time I got even more information out of it.
This audiobook was over 11hours long but it was worth the time to listen.
I was unable to find this book in iBooks anymore but you can grab a copy on Amazon (https://amzn.to/2RDfzye). It hasn't been updated since the early 2000s but still so relevant.
This is a MUST read. If you aren't where you want in life its time to elevate your self-image.
Let me know if you've read this one?
